I found Energy House to be very professional. Greg inspired confidence, he knew his trade and his knowledge was excellent. I was very impressed with his presentation and advise regarding a complete new system. I was even more impressed by the quality of their work with neat pipework throughout our house carried out by competent plumbers. They couldn't finish everything in time as we were going on holiday the next day. Even though I had paid them in full they called on our return to make arrangements to come back and finish off minor details and check the system over. This is a proper firm you can trust and rely on for a reasonable and competitive price. Brilliant.

I am more than happy to recommend Energi house, the company was reliable and professional from start to finish. On first contact with Gregg and Steve re the purchase and installation of a boiler I was given clear and appropriate guidance. The boiler fitting was scheduled and installation took place on the set day. A courtesy follow up visit was particularly appreciated as it clarified programming details. There was excellent communication throughout and I shall be delighted to use Energi House again for boiler servicing and any other relevant matters.

Recently upon moving into a neighbouring property, a chap from Energi House attended my abode. The landlord was present, as were I, and all communications were held in the property, for which works were intended to be performed. Whilst the tradesman did know his field of work, he did not persuade my landlord to do works to the rental, which would have made the property habitable. The extremely dated shower, which has zero pressure if trying to obtain a hot shower should have been changed. (The only way to have a shower currently is to bathe in freezing water, or else pathetic pressure). The ancient water heater should have been replaced, as gives barely any hot water. The old coin meter could have been made to update. A failure to mention the need for an extraction unit in the washroom. Despite having a window that barely opens. The condensation engulfs the entire studio. Whilst the workman could not have enforced this to commence, for sure he could have really made the issue so important and urgent, that the landlord would have just completed the works. Instead the tradesman was just so easygoing, that the landlord did not think anything doing at all was necessary. On another note, since you know the property is not soundproofed. You have already seen the dire box room to know this. Therefore no amount of harassment from any persons working here, nor elsewhere, will change the fact for an unsoundproofed building. Everyday sounds are not considered a noise nuisance at any time, for cooking or washing. Landlord is the one responsible for soundproofing not myself. The police, council, or even an attorney cannot change anything. Neighbour disputes are oh, so common, but, Bullying is a crime. Stalking is harassment. Verbal nasty speech is abuse. I am not changing my lifestyle. Would you rather this was a drug den party place instead? Seriously. If I am that bad, surely let all persons feet do the voting. I know that this town has a village mentality, so please feel free to gossip and spread the word. ENGLAND freedom of speech and freedom of movement Make the most of it whilst you can. In a few years all will be gone

Energi House completed a superb refurbishment of our main bathroom and ensuite. The job was first class; delivered on time; on budget; excellent communications and customer service from start to finish. I couldn't speak too highly of the Energi House team. Thanks for a great job.

After looking for a local company to install a new combi boiler, we contacted Energi House and spoke to Phil and Greg. After a survey and some good honest advice on location and different types of boilers best suited to our property, we simply chose them because there was no hard sell and because they offered us a great price. The fitters Sam and Dean did a great job and left our property clean and tidy over 2 days. We would highly recommend Energi House to anyone looking to update or replace their old boiler.
