Absolutely brilliant service. The Engineer turned up on time and quickly established the fault. He kept me informed of the work he was doing and also the fixes required. A very professional service and incredibly thorough with his safety checks. I have no problem recommending this company and will certainly use again. A great price for the service received.

James arrived on time and quickly figured out the problem with the hot water. He nipped out and got the part that was required and gave me a very reasonable price to replace the part. After the part was replaced he carried out a thorough service of the boiler. He went above and beyond what was required and also adviced us on how to maintain the boiler. James provided impeccable service and he was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend James and we will be calling him back next year for another service.
