laura athey1 StarHad someone come out really quickly to provide a quote for septic tank replacement who informed me it was something they would be interest in doing and could likely undertake within weeks (despite me saying there was no hurry). They never provided a quote and didn't return calls or messages when I enquired further. Finally managed to get a response from them only to be told this wouldn't be something they were interested in doing and couldn't undertake for a few months, despite the wait not being an issue for me, they declined without any further explanation. Poor service & rude to ignore, please don't string along potential customers who could could be spending time sourcing other companies.Wednesday 10th November 2021
