Highly recommended - We're refurbishing my wife's Oxford flat and I needed some advice on replacements for the old storage heaters - having had conflicting suggestions from electricians. I spoke to Paul who took time to explain the many merits of modern storage heaters, and made several other helpful suggestions too - including the need to get photographic evidence of work-in-progress and material receipts for upgraded insulation in areas which can't be inspected once the work has been finished. It was a great pleasure to talk to someone who really cares about the people who will be living in the property - their comfort and running costs - rather than merely ticking boxes on a checklist. I certainly intend to use EPC Oxford for the certification - it was so valuable having their advice at an early stage of our refurbishment work.
