Exeter Property Maintenance (EPM) was born out of a desire to offer a premium service for homeowners wanting remedial or home improvement work. Having been frustrated with the lack of responsiveness and workmanship when working with other tradespeople, Chris – EPMs founder – decided to take matters into his own hands and created our full service home improvement and maintenance company.
This has given EPM complete control over the tradespeople employed – meaning a consistently high level of work and pride taken, no matter how big or small the job.
Today we run a business which offers maintenance work, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and decorating services from a team of trained professionals who ensure our customers are always looked after.

Engineer (Ben) located issue, fixed issue explaining everything he was doing as he goes. Didn't leave until tested that heating and hot water back working properly.
