At Snowdon Mountain Railway, we operate and maintain Hafod Eryri, the building at the summit of Snowdon. The building has unique challenges and due to the nature of the building design we often require specialist help. I contacted Tim Evans and explained some of the issues we encountered whilst commissioning the building for 2018. Tim was very helpful and provided two engineers to come to site and work on the problems. The engineers were excellent and gave our own engineers good advice, identified faults, sorted most and provided a report to enable us to source replacement parts. Tim has continued to provide advice and will be coming back to carry out further work once the new parts have arrived. Working at the summit of a mountain is challenging and not all companies are up for the challenge. Evans Maintenance are! Evans Maintenance engineers are all already highly skilled engineers and EOGB/Baltur provided some extra skills to add to their current skill set to help to provide a first class service to their customers. We were very impressed with Tim’s engineers on a recent trip and invited to become Service agents for our service and commissioning requirements. Evans Maintenance Ltd has been carrying out the planned maintenance at Venue Cymru of our numerous boiler and air handling systems for a number of years. I have found that they are very professional and have a great depth of expertise. The engineers are always friendly and offer sound advice and explain in detail when equipment fails. Whenever they are called out in an emergency, they react very quickly to get the systems up and running again which is vital to us. Extremely professional service to McDonald's franchised restaurants in Chester and Broughton - they care about doing things properly which I really value. Evans also provide a service that is personal to your business needs. Engineers are highly trained and knowledgeable and the office staff are helpful and professional. They go out of their way to help when you need them to get things done quickly. Great customer service.

I contacted Evans Maintenance for some advice on some old heating pumps. I have found their service exceptional and their knowledge unmatched. This included a home visit to inspect the pumps and motors which are over 40 years old! The advice I have received has been worth its 'weight in gold' and I can't recommend Tim and his team enough - thanks everyone!
