We chose them to provide us with a new kitchen after approaching a number of builders. The initial meetings with Simon to discuss our requirements gave us confidence that we were dealing with someone who was knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. Even in the initial meeting Simon provided us with a number of ideas, discussing our concepts and telling us what was and wasn’t feasible. The resultant quote was detailed, clear and concise and we felt accurately reflected the original meeting.
We are glad that we chose Simon because we are delighted with the finished kitchen, it is exactly what we wanted and looks stunning. Simon’s team worked very hard and were clearly highly skilled. They were reliable, polite and professional and always arrived on time. The took great pride in their work, which is definitely reflected in the end result.

I was very impressed - I found them to be professional and friendly. They went out of their way to help, and came in on budget. Their attention to detail was excellent and when discussing the specification they came up with some fantastic ideas that we hadn't considered which enhanced the overall design. It took longer than we thought and but didn't realise how much choice there was and to be honest choosing what you want is harder than we ever thought. Simon helped us enormously. We also didn't take into account the weather which held the work up.
Even though it was frustrating at times we are extremely pleased and have a better layout than the architects plans. Exelby are very good as design and have very good ideas.
