It’s very difficult to find decent tradesmen and especially for a complex issue like mine, a leak behind a tiled, concealed toilet. Read the reviews for this company and decided to go with them after being ripped off for a call out charge with another and the problem not being resolved. Money spent for nothing! It’s a tenanted property so I wasnt able to be there myself. The phone call the day before to book the appointment was very reassuring. A Lovely informative lady who quoted exact charges (which were extremely fair) said I would receive a confirmation text with the appointment details (which I did immediately after the call ended) and mentioned that they will stay until they find the leak. Craig arrived the next day exactly on time, found the issue in less than 5 minutes and didn’t even need to remove a single tile. He Called me to explain the issue and resolution. Problem solved immediately and I was so relieved with his honesty and speed of doing the job at such an affordable, fair price. My tenant was so impressed with the service received even he asked me for their contact details so he could keep them for future reference. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Ben provided a first rate and prompt service from initial phone call to job completion. Well organised and efficient, he is also knowledgeable and courteous. His response to my initial phone call was positive and he arrived to examine the job exactly when promised. No time was wasted; he and his well presented young apprentice completed the job swiftly and entirely to my satisfaction.
