I had a bathroom fitted w/b 12/7/21. I chose Express Bathrooms as they were a bit more expensive than other fitters I'd had quotes off and I thought this would mean I'd be given a quality bathroom with great customer service. Fitters were amazing and I had no concerns with them as they worked. However on 4/8/21 the seal on the shower door tore off. I tried to ring Express Bathrooms using the number online but it was never answered so I sent a message on their Facebook messenger. I had an immediate response to say they would pass on my concerns to the fitters ASAP. 12 days later I still hadn't had a response from either the fitters or customer service so I messaged them again. They responded that they had passed on my message to the fitters and that they were annoyed that it hadn't been dealt with and they would deal with it ASAP. I replied that I was going on holiday in the next few days and their response was "I'll chase it up tomorrow." The next day the fitter rang me to arrange a day to look at the issues and he said he could come the next day, however I was flying early that morning, so he said no problem he would ring me on my return the following Friday. By the 27/9/21 I had still not had my repairs carried out and now the laminate had lifted in several places, the seal around the bath had come off and water had ran down into the kitchen, getting into my boiler and cracking the ceiling. I messaged yet again and was given a generic response to say they had received my message and someone would respond ASAP....Noone did, surprise, surprise...so on the 1/10/21 I messaged yet again to ask why my concerns weren't being dealt with. Again the response blamed the fitters, saying that they had been given the parts to fix things. They then assured me they would chase things up "as a matter of upmost urgency." Now their upmost urgency must have a different definition than mine as yet again on the 9/10/21 I had to message again stating that I was forwarding my complaints to Trading Standards and that I would be leaving a Google review which wouldn't be favourable. I got an immediate response saying please give me until Monday so I can speak to the fitters....today is Tuesday 12/10/21 I have a bathroom which cost just under £6000 which is falling apart and I can't get a phone call or a message to deal with my concerns. Not good enough!!

Just had new bathroom and ensuite fitted. Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The whole process was made so easy by the lovely staff. Alan the bathroom fitter worked so hard. An absolute superstar. Our new bathrooms are fully fabulous. Love them. Would certainly recommend this company 👍👍

Excellent service from start to finish. Sensible quote, quick survey (with some useful suggestions on how to make the space work better). The fitter (Josh) was lovely and worked really hard to complete the job in 4 days. Overall I am very happy with my ensuite and will use them again when we are ready to change our main bathroom.

Had my bathroom done out with this company it was amazing from start to finish I had a bath taken out and a walk in shower put in and had the walls cladding and the floor put in an amazing fitter Alan put mine in he never stops from coming to your house to going home late I would definitely recommend this company 1st class nothing was a bother to them

Had a full bathroom referb done by express bathrooms couldn’t be happier fantastic job done by the two fitters Josh and Cameron couldn’t get two more polite and hard working lads nothing was a trouble would highly recommend this company
