Old Kitchen removed and new one installed mostly in one week apart from extra flooring which was completed the following week. The installer Russell was efficient, unobtrusive and very experienced. He did pretty much everything apart from the plumbing installation and some final touches (flooring). A minor issue with plumbing was resolved promptly. Other tradesmen were available as the installer needed them. Kitchen design at the showroom was good but we would recommend you have a clear idea of what you want (layout, style etc) ahead of time. Overall very happy with service.

Having read some negative reviews for Factory Direct, I was reluctant to proceed with our bathroom renovation. However, Craig talked me round and I'm glad he did! We bought an old house and our bathroom had not been done since the 80s. Factory Direct stripped it right back, replacing all pipework, electrics, etc. They fitted a beautiful, high quality bathroom and completed it to an excellent standard. The quality of work was impeccable and the workmen were friendly, tidy and approachable. The price could be interpreted as a bit stingy, but given how dated my bathroom was and the work involved in the renovation, the price was fair. Overall, I was so impressed with the work, that I had them back again a month later to upgrade my WC. Would recommend 100% x

Went in to do some research for a future kitchen installation, when the guy found out that I wasn’t planning the upgrade for the current year he seemed disgusted and wasn’t interested any more. Their loss as we went to Laings and we were absolutely delighted with Laings. And that idiotic adverts Factory Direct do are the stupidest thing I have ever heard 🤷🏼‍♂️
