The quality of the kitchen I cannot fault, I fitted this myself and found the quality to be much better than previous kitchens I have fitted. Delia Rothschild1 StarHave tried on 7 seperate occasions to contact this company and get them to assist me in my enquiries since November 18. I’ve emailed and left countless messages with staff and no one seems interested in helping me. One of the staff members, John, is very rude and patronising. When I asked why he wasnt getting back in contact with me he started shouting and arguing. The young lady I spoke to at least seemed somewhat embarrassed and apologetic about the whole situation but the whole experience has just left me very unhappy.
I would not recommend this company as they just ignore or belittle you. If you do dare to use them, avoid John like the plague! I have never spoken to such a rude, ignorant, condescending man in all my life!Wednesday 9th January 2019
Ni Hom1 Starabsolutely disgusted at the way this company dealt with my order.. they were so rude and played the blame game when they got the order wrong they then wanted extra money...for replacements, kitchen design didnt fit nor did the sink taps.... rang numerous times and thers been no response or e mail correspondance... iv had to buy another sink, taps, wall brackets were missing, hinges were missing for a kitchen thats advertised at £540 i paid £1000 and had to buy over £200 worth of parts to fit it that they shud have supplied as id paid for them..
this company wants your money once they have it you can say bye bye to any problem being rectified or calls being returned...
avoid at all costs... what i got for my money compared to what i could have got for 8 units is shocking the difference in value and quality...
