Kevin was very knowledgeable about the Vaillant heating system and quickly identified the problem in my existing system. He recommended a solution based on my perception of what I needed the Vaillant system to do. He got a quote together and when I agreed he was quick to fit me in with a date. He arrived right on time and showed me all the new components and what they were for. In my experience never has a workman been so good at explaining his work. He kept to time and although the job was challenging, he fixed everything on time. After finishing he ensured that I understood how to work the heating system. Kevin is certainly the most trustworthy tradesman I have come across. Would highly recommend him.

I can't recommend Kevin/Fairway Heating enough. We had used Kevin a couple of times for repairs to an old boiler/heating system and always been impressed. We decided the time was right to convert an old floor standing to a combi boiler and in doing so move it upstairs into an old airing cupboard. Kevin gave honest/impartial advice about what was required and the options (in terms of required output, boiler options and also on smart thermostats to get the most out of the system). It is a professional approach with warranted parts/labour. He was able to take the new gas pipe upstairs any material alterations to the property. I can't fault the quality of the work. Kevin and his brother arrived when expected, made excellent progress and finished ahead of schedule. Everything was explained meaning that I understand the system and how to get the most of it. Top bloke and I would recommend him to anyone, hence the review.

We had our whole heating system replaced by Kevin and his team with excellent work and always very professional in his work. He is easily approachable and very reliable and happy to attend for small repair work as well. I would highly recommend Kevin for any heating and plumbing works

Kevin has helped us out many times with boiler repair, drainage, radiators and taps. To know he will help out quickly and on our terms is great. Although, we don't actually need his services now as he did such a good job with the repairs! He was always happy to get to us asap and costs were low! Would recommend Kevin to anyone.
