From the first contact with Dean to settling my invoice everything has been 5*. My bathroom has been transformed & it looks great. The team who completed my work, Mat, Dan & Danny, were friendly & professional. I was very comfortable having them in my home & even leaving them to carry on when I needed to go out. The full refit took 5 days and the rubbish/debris was cleared up at the end of every day ! They cleaned all the areas worked in & even hand brushed my stairs.

He arrived on time the following day and fitted the pump for the exact price quoted. All working fine. He’s very professional, reliable, punctual and a really nice guy.
