Kriss called to say he was on his way right at the beginning of the window of time they gave me, which I was pleased with since that worked out best for my kids and me. Our faucet was leaking and since they installed it six months ago it was still under warranty so he replaced it. The entire appointment took 15 minutes. Super professional, quick, and clean. No complaints at all.

I called Fast Plumber for a kitchen faucet problem. Reza came to repair it within the hour. While he was here I asked him to replace three shut off valves and install a new water pressure regulator. Reza does fantastic work. Things I like about this company: No Home Depot runs, they have what they need on the truck. They respond quickly. Their plumbers are professional and courteous, and they explain everything upfront and give a quote before doing the work. And, once you give the okay, they start the job immediately and finish quickly..Highly recommend Reza because he’s the person that made this five star review possible.

Highly recommend!! This company is extremely helpful! Our boiler stopped working on a Saturday night. We had no heat or hot water and it was freezing in our apartment. We called their number, and the gentleman helped us troubleshoot and fixed our boiler over the phone in less than 10 minutes out of pure kindness! He was very knowledgable and professional throughout the process. Thank you so much again for saving us from a cold night!

David arrived on time and explained the work to be done and prices in advance. He replaced two outdoor hose bibs and installed a shut off valve outside. Inside, he replaced the hot and cold valves under my bathroom sink. He was very professional, respectful and very well qualified.
