Fantastic value, fantastic service, fantastic communication, just a fantastic company overall! I used them to complete a home buyers report for a property, and now I will not use anyone else again in future. Their diligent work had provided me with very strong footing on which to complete this purchase. The report was so detailed, and yet simple to comprehend and relay to the interested parties. Beyond this, they go out of their way to embody high standards to their professional code. They went as far as to pass on some comments & advise for the owners of adjacent properties (even though they were not being paid for this), just so that they were aware and could rectify any issues! Their in office team are super responsive, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with all round I can't recommend them highly enough. In what can usually be a rather stressful process, Fedalah really help to make the process run that little bit smoother.

I have used Fedalah for a full structural survey. I found thier fee very reasonable and their service impeccable. The very detailed and comprehensive report has provided us with assurance on the home we are buying and a very useful detailed heads up for ongoing maintenance. I very seriously recommend this firm to anyone who is thinking of buying a home or property. They will also proactively help you remove the property from the market. A WOW service and a WOW report.
