How lucky were we to have Christian recommended to us! He has just installed a new bathroom and we couldn't have been more impressed. Christian is a skilled craftsmen and he has a meticulous approach to his work. There were one or two supply issues which Christian sorted out for us taking away all stress. The whole experience of meeting Christian and have him working in our home was pleasurable. We appreciated his sense of humour,his consideration for us and his intelligent approach to all the work.

We have used Christian for all of our plumbing jobs, however most recently we had a new boiler installed. Christian explained the options clearly, once decided he thoroughly talked us through our new boiler and was generally very helpful. He was very friendly and a true professional. Would highly recommend to anyone!

When our 40 Yr old boiler failed I imagined total upheavel in our house fitting a new one. Christian made the whole process an easy one. He visited the property to price the job, and talked through the options available to us with regard boiler type and suitable positions within the house (we wanted to move its position from the kitchen) Christian gave us a very professional installation which went smoothly and an excellent handover talking through timers and general operation of the new heating system. Would highly recommend.

Christian at Fire & Water is one of a kind, professional, competitively priced and above all, delivering an incredible high quality of workmanship. We booked Christian to refit our boiler and entire system as part of a big refurb project of our 6-bed house. Christian quoted competitively, arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently, and finished the job to a very high standard and on budget. Not only that, but he has been a pleasure to have in the house, always respecting our privacy whilst being friendly in his demeanour and very supportive of our vision for the house. Christian went above and beyond when we had serious issues with leaks caused by very poor workmanship of other trades who were carrying out second fix plumbing (we should have just used Christian for this work!), and we would not hesitate in recommending him.
