Outstanding service. My neighbour's boiler broke down, it was Saturday evening and Isaac arrived within one hour of the request. The boiler is a very old Worcester Bosch and Isaac had all of the parts needed for the repair on his van. He got the boiler working and came back the following Monday to make sure everything was working well. Amazing service. Isaac is now in my phone and I have recommended him to family and friends. Exceptional service.

Initially these people were amazing and responded well to coming out and replacing my. Shower pump. After installing a brand new one three weeks later this broke down also and I called. Him out to come back and take a look at the breakdown. This person has given me excuse after excuse ignored my calls and messages. I do not recommend these people at all it appears that where there is money to be made they will be there urgently but when something has gone wrong they will make every excuse possible to not turn up and then just ignore your messages. I am now without a shower for the Xmas period thank you very much Firewater Plumbing I will not be using you again.

Called Isaac on a Sunday evening having seen the reviews online. Isaac was really helpful from the get go, talking through the issue and establishing the urgency of the problem. He arranged to come first thing the next day. He text prior to his arrival and was with us before 9am, we had hot water and heating back on by 9.30. Isaac was friendly and professional throughout. He clearly takes pride in his work and ensuring customer satisfaction. We would 100% recommend. What started with a problem has ended with us finding a reliable, sensibly priced tradesperson who we will be using for future jobs! Thanks Isaac.
