Used Dave after finding him on Social Media (Instagram) for a full bathroom install, noticed he was local so took the plunge, he made the process effortless, he offered advice and used his experience to tailor our needs to suit the space. Recommended some locations to see products which again made it an easy process. Agreed the pricing, times and time scale....all were adhered too. Dave and the team worked full days and nothing was too much of an issue to get done, he took pride us his work which is something that is hard to find in a tradesman these days - was a joy to watch. Now down to the important bit, the quality of the install....wowzers. I've uploaded photos to you can see, but the install has easily put thousands onto our house price, but also gave us a luxury bathroom that we never thought the space would allow. We had some other quotes and didn't feel they had the same confidence that Dave had. Now the other side of the coin that people look at is the aftercare and this is where you 'get what you pay for', there was a tiny bit of grouting that I felt needed re-doing and after 1 call to Dave, it was re-done the next day and the bathroom was complete. This is the main reason I am leaving the review, you hear horror stories where people complete an install, but are then nowhere to be seen afterwards should something go wrong....completely the opposite for Dave and First Aid Plumbing, they are always at the end of the phone. Finding a reliable plumber/heating engineer is in the same league as finding your self a reliable electrician, mechanic and decorator....Dave's gained a customer for life and you won't regret using him. New boiler installed today. The team were very polite, tidy and thorough. Once the boiler was installed, they bled the radiators in every room of the house and made sure to test that all was working perfectly. I was shown how to operate the new heating system and provided with certificates. The new boiler looks amazing and is working perfectly. Would highly recommend. Thanks again!

When our boiler needed replacing Dave came out to do a quote within 24 hours of me contacting him and was in replacing the boiler in less than a week. Great communication and a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

First aid plumbing helped us out with an emergency repair on a leaking stop tap. The leak was substantial and was causing damage to my floor. The guys quickly came out and fit us in around their current work. Would highly recommend and will be using them going forwards.

I would recommend this company as my boiler stopped working and within a few hours of phoning them they had come and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The next day they fitted it and fixed my boiler. Very happy.
