Both were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Sean was not only able to locate and fix a slow leak, but was able to minimise the cosmetic damage to our tiled in bath and toilet cistern. Domestic CCTV survey was done well. Very professional. Report and video provided were sound but took a little while to receive. All in all a good service although a bit pricey for my smallish property. I'd still recommend them though.

The company was extremely professional, but with a friendly and helpful attitude, nothing was too much trouble. They were efficient, reliable, and flexible when required, but kept to their timetable and were always polite. The job was a difficult one due to bad weather, but they always remained cheerful and supportive. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
