Matt Channing came in to our lives when he worked for a previous plumber we habitually used.
When we moved house several years ago, we experienced a few problems with heating & plumbing and one quite complex problem which Matt came along to deal with. The original builder and the architect also became involved and both were very impressed with Matt. So when he set up his own business, we tracked him down!
He has really got to grips with our UFH system and keeps us sorted on all water related matters.. Reliable, dependable and very recommendable.
Now he has Holly on board too.

He took the time to explain what he was doing - in language I could understand! - and tested everything to ensure the problem was solved. Mark Kent5 StarI am adding a further comment today (06/05/2022) as Matt has done several jobs for me since I last posted and the work is SO GOOD and he is so utterly reliable and Mr Cool I have to say thanks - he has all my properties work now including our Manor House .
Matt is solid, professional, sensible and highly knowledgeable of all plumbing and heating systems and unlike most other suppliers is fair and competitive with pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
nb Matt responds to problems very quickly when needs must and since he left Gaters of Simouth (now overpriced and unreliable in my opinion), where he was their top expert, he has just got better and better - he is now contracted to service all our properties. GREAT WORK MATT.Friday 6th May 2022
