FLK Engineering provided an exceptional structural engineering service for my extension. Lucas is a very polite and trustworthy person who came to my house and carried out a survey to inform his design and calculations. The drawings that were created were of high quality and detail and along with the calculation pack were submitted and passed by building control immediately. Lucas was at hand throughout the project and provided instructions and clarity to my builders. A great service all round and I would recommend his services to everyone

Was looking for a structural engineer to support our rear extension project and couldn’t be happier with the device Lucas provided. Lucas arrived on time and answered some of the questions I had which really helped. Lucas provided the structural report and calculations within the timeframe he had given us so we could pass to our architect. Overall I highly recommend.

Lucas was recommended to me by another structural engineer who was too busy at the time. We needed calculations for steels to go in our home for a large rear extension. From the initial phone call, to the home visit, drawing up of plans, and always being a phone call away for any queries, he was friendly, polite and very professional! His attention to detail and customer care are second to none and his price was very competitive. Excellent service! Lucas managed the structural engineering plans for my home renovations, and I cannot recommend him enough. The plans he created are very comprehensive and detailed, exactly what I need for the builders and building control, and he delivered them extraordinarily quickly. He was fab from the start, prompt responses to my emails, very competitively priced, very professional and reassuring during the site visit, and explained everything very clearly to me, which I needed!
