I work for another drainage company and called Flowline asking for some advice. I spoke to 4 different people, all of whom were really helpful and genuinely wanted to help. They weren't going to get any business from me but went out of there way to help me get the information I was looking for. As a result, I managed to get a solution to my problem when there was no benefit to them. I will be recommending them whenever a job is too big for our company. Well done guys.

Woken at 0.30 Wednesday morning (03/04/2019) by the headache-inducing noise of one of their drainage trucks which could be heard (and seen by the flashing lights blazing) which continued every few yards at each drain. I'm going to make an mighty noise over the phone tomorrow when I blast them for keeping me awake until past 01.32, the time it is now and noise still ongoing. How they think it's ok to keep residents awake into the early hours gawd knows and it's still going on now in this tiny town. No chance of sleeping. Selfish company.
