D H5 StarFrom start to finish, this experience was excellent. A friendly yet professional business keen on ensuring customer satisfaction. FH&PS spent 2 days at my house, replacing all of my radiators, fitting a shower and installing a smart thermostat.
"Nothing" was too much trouble.
Not only extremely skilled at what they do, they are personable and great to have around.
The advice prior to installation and the support following the installation was and is very much appreciated.

Gurps Singh1 StarTerrible. Installation not deemed OFTEC compliant. Advised that water was drinkable even though filters were not installed correctly for over 2 weeks. Swearing and shouting on site whilst working from home. And then try to charge for work not even done by them. Avoid like the plagueFriday 10th December 2021
