Valuation of residential and commercial property is required for a variety of reasons, whether for family or accountancy purposes or to secure a mortgage or loan on the property. The inspection includes measuring the property, noting the fixtures and fittings, unusual or unique features, the location and details of similar properties which have been sold within the area within a reasonable period of time.
