Fraser Maintenance is a well established family business, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We are located in the centre of Norwich but cover the majority of Norfolk. We specialise in the installation of bathrooms and kitchens but cover all aspects of property maintenance. From internal renovations such as moving walls and laying flooring, to external repairs and maintenance like fencing and guttering. We are happy to undertake projects of any size, large or small, making us the only company you need for your property.
All of our tradesmen are highly skilled and work with great care, and attention to detail. We are fully insured and all of our employees are vetted and checked. Fraser Maintenance has been a fully accredited member of the BIKBBI (British institute of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom installation) for many years, meeting their requirements and working within their guidelines.
