Come in for a catch up. From start to finish, the process of design, communication, fitting and completion was seamless, and Freestyle Kitchens ensured I was given a first class service. I first met with Antony the designer who helped bring my dream kitchen to life. He was patient and very skilled, and was able to interpret my visualisation of what I wanted and also made great additional suggestions to improve the overall look and functionality of my kitchen. Great communication from Antony and Elisha in the Chichester branch ensured that I was given future timescales regarding the delivery, fitting and the opportunity for me to raise any questions. The fitter, Tim Goddard was excellent with his skills as a carpenter and nothing was too much trouble. He provided the cohesion of the other services and ensured a timely fit with the plasterer, plumber and electrician. He was always on time in the mornings and as I work full time, it was essential to be able to discuss the days kitchen plans with him before I went to work myself. During the kitchen fit and on completion I received regular emails from Antony and Elisha in the office to check that I was happy with the process and to answer any queries. The icing on the cake to such a great service, was that I received a visit from Anthony to view the final kitchen and Elisha registered all the new electric components with its extended guarantees. I have in the past heard such horror stories of people’s kitchen fits, but I can certainly say that the total experience from Freestyle Kitchens was first class and one I would recommend to anyone. Freestyle were amazing to work with for my kitchen project. From start to finish they were very organised with great and accurate concept visuals and designs from Antony, and through the final details and planning I was kept informed of all developments. For installation, Elisha ensure all the tradespeople were booked in accordingly and was very thorough with the schedule. It all worked to plan and I now have a state-of-the art kitchen to be proud of. Well done, Freestyle.

Right from the start, Chichester Customer Services Manager, Elisha Hayward made us very welcome and gave us good some good advice with regard to choosing kitchen surfaces and finishes. She then made us an appointment with the resident Kitchen Designer Antony Riley, who listened to our wishlist and made an appointment to carry out a site survey. With his advice we changed our layout several times but eventually (we are sure Antony phewed a sigh of relief!) selected our doors, surfaces and quartz worktop. We are really pleased with our drawer units (no more loosing stuff in the back of cupboards). Nothing was too much trouble, even lending us various samples to take way and try against our cream AGA. We were surprised that they even said they could fit before Christmas. The kitchen installer helped us remove the old quartz worktop from the island unit and carefully took out the old units (which were destined for Poland) and stored them ready for collection. The kitchen installer, Tim Goddard is very methodical and cleared the kitchen in a few hours ready for the electrics then replastering by Gary Armstrong who did a fantastic job. Martin Houghton and Keith Evans came back and completed the electrics during installation. Tim Goddard completed the kitchen installation and plumbed in the Blanco sink, Boiler and taps in a few days. We couldn’t be more pleased with our kitchen and whilst there were a few snags they were sorted out in the New Year. We will be highly recommending Freestyle Kitchens to all our friends!

We have been hugely impressed with the service provided by Freestyle Kitchens and Bedrooms. From the very first meeting with Antony, and subsequent contact with Elisha, the team at Freestyle have been everything we would have expected from an efficient, customer service driven company. Antony took on board all our wishes and requirements and designed a kitchen that we are over the moon with. He must’ve spent hours with us, and it has been worth it! The fitting of our new kitchen was scheduled very efficiently by Elisha and all worked well, with the various tradesmen doing their bit seamlessly. Our fitter, Tim, was also brilliant. A meticulous ‘old school’ tradesman with an eye for detail. Overall, the experience, which can be somewhat stressful, was pleasurable throughout. We would definitely recommend Freestyle to anyone thinking of installing quality fitted furniture!
