Come in for a catch up. From start to finish, the process of design, communication, fitting and completion was seamless, and Freestyle Kitchens ensured I was given a first class service. I first met with Antony the designer who helped bring my dream kitchen to life. He was patient and very skilled, and was able to interpret my visualisation of what I wanted and also made great additional suggestions to improve the overall look and functionality of my kitchen. Great communication from Antony and Elisha in the Chichester branch ensured that I was given future timescales regarding the delivery, fitting and the opportunity for me to raise any questions. The fitter, Tim Goddard was excellent with his skills as a carpenter and nothing was too much trouble. He provided the cohesion of the other services and ensured a timely fit with the plasterer, plumber and electrician. He was always on time in the mornings and as I work full time, it was essential to be able to discuss the days kitchen plans with him before I went to work myself. During the kitchen fit and on completion I received regular emails from Antony and Elisha in the office to check that I was happy with the process and to answer any queries. The icing on the cake to such a great service, was that I received a visit from Anthony to view the final kitchen and Elisha registered all the new electric components with its extended guarantees. I have in the past heard such horror stories of people’s kitchen fits, but I can certainly say that the total experience from Freestyle Kitchens was first class and one I would recommend to anyone. We are new to the area and needed some furniture. We had a large national company come to price up but were not impressed by the hard sell. We thought we would try a local firm and settled on Freestyle. By doing this we saved thousands of pounds. The process with Freestyle was easy. We dropped into the shop to see the standard and arranged for a visit. Steve came and priced everything with some really helpful suggestions. Everything was well explained. About 5 weeks later Lee brought over all the parts and James took on the job of fitting our furniture having first put down coverings on the stairs. He was very polite, thoughtful and considerate. The job was completed in the time suggested and he cleaned up after himself. We have been delighted with the whole process and have been complimented on the furniture. There was a minimum of stress and everything was done as we were told it would be. we also received no pressure to buy but did save a lot of money on the other price we were given.

Amazing install carried out by such a professional caring company! Would like to say a massive thank you too Richard, for helping start the process of designing of our kitchen. Lee who took extra care in delivering our kitchen. James was amazing at communicating and who carried out 1st class job with kitchen fitting. Martin the electrician who carried out such a stunning job and was so pleased with the results. Lastly Elisha who kept us informed and delivered excellent customer service! Thank you for everything that the whole team at freestyle did for us especially this being our first kitchen fitting project. Highly recommend using Freestyle for all of your kitchen fitting Installs the service provided was outstanding with everyone who went above and beyond for us. Just had my second kitchen designed and installed by Freestyle and couldn’t be happier. Richard really took the time to design what is a stunning kitchen and gave lots of great advice . Tim who installs is quick , tidy and great attention to detail so the whole experience has been great from start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough!

We had our kitchen installed 4 months ago and could not be happier with it. The team at Freestyle worked seamlessly together to ensure that the product that we had envisaged was delivered. Richard developed an innovative design (providing essential advice), Elisha administered delivery and continuous communication and Tim expertly installed. On the back of this we subsequently ordered fitted wardrobes for all our bedrooms. Again, great advice, this time from Steve and then efficiently installed by Mark.

We called Freestyle back to replicate the installation they did for us last year in the master bedroom but this time in the spare ground floor bedroom. As usual Steve (Salesman) & James (Fitter) got the job done on time & looks great. Will certainly be recommending them to friends & family, & will use them in the future if we have the need.
