I have needed a gas engineer twice in the last week. I called them because I couldn't get heat to one of my radiators but, by the time they got here, there were a number of radiators that had no heat. That was no problem for the guy who attended. He was happy to check all of the radiators, was confident in what he was doing, wanted to make sure that he left everything working and was lovely to chat to. The craic was great. The second time I needed them was because my CO detector, which is mains wired, was chirping. It was evening time (out-of-hours this time) and I was afraid to touch anything in case I set all of the alarms off. I had heard of that happening before. Again, even out of hours, a guy called round within an hour of me ringing, deactivated the faulty detector, left me with a temporary one and then the guys at Fusion rang me the next day to arrange to have my main detector replaced. I have to give a huge thumbs up to the guys at the Fusion office who have been reassuring and lovely to deal with when I have needed them. Hopefully I don't need them again but, if I do, I'll definitely be ringing Fusion.

I have been working for Fusion Heating for a week now. So far, I have had a really good experience. I think it's a really good place to work. I have only been here for one week, but everyone here is so friendly and have made me feel like a welcome part of their team.

Fusion heating installed my gas combi boiler on January 2021. At the time they cracked my ceiling and destroyed my floor boards. Also the water drainage pipes from the boiler leaked from several places. They left my house in an absolute state. The job was so untidy I can’t even tell you … check out the photos for yourself. They literally hacked up my floor boards way and just went on their merry way! I’m not going to list all the other problems I had as this will get too long but trust me … it was all bad! As part of an apology they offered me a free service which I got done in February 22. However today I’ve just noticed wet walls and wet patches in my ceiling coming from the roof space. I climbed up and seen that a water drainage pipe was disconnected and just leaking water through my ceiling for the last month. The last person in the roof space was the fusion heating engineer who was checking the pipes as part of the free service. I haven’t even bothered to call fusion heating about this because to be honest they have not fixed a single issue I’ve had and the whole thing has been a nightmare! Avoid this company at all costs. Especially if it’s a boiler install! Unless you want your house absolutely wrecked!

Had my heating changed from oil to gas which included full piping upgrade. I was apprehensive that it was going to cause huge disruption and create a lot of mess but this wasnt the case at all! They were so professional, talked me through every stage from survey to completion. You would not have known the amount of work that had taken place as they were so neat and tidy. I am so thankful and cosy :) Would highly recommend Fusion heating
