It’s very important to survey a property when looking to purchase More importantly you need to be sure the surveyor you choose will listen to any concerns you may have I called a few companies before making a decision Calling Martin - he took time - discussing terms - he explained what was offered with his survey By the end of our conversation I was very confident this would be the company and person I would use From beginning to end I received ‘top drawer service’ 1. Survey carried out on date agreed 2. Phone call later the same day to highlight concerns along with information on points I raised and what Martin had discovered 3.
