Joe Lloyd5 StarI recently purchased a 4 bedroom detached property from this developer. I have moved into the property a few weeks ago and I thought it important to share my positive experience. I have bought a number of new build properties previously from other developers and I have to say that FW properties stand head and shoulders above the crowd. From agreeing the fair purchase price, the process has been a breeze and the property was delivered on time. A few of the usual minor snags required on the property but similarly this process was simple and efficient, and the snags (such as small specs of paint etc) were resolved promptly and professionally. I believe there are around 23 houses within my development all built by FW properties, I have had the pleasure of meeting many of my new neighbours and all have shared positive comments about their experience with FW also. It is an unfortunate fact of life that often only unhappy people leave reviews but I would urge anyone considering purchasing from FW to visit their previous developments and speak to homeowners as I have only had a positive experience throughout. The build quality is exceptional and the touches such as log burners and breakfast bars etc really set the properties above the crowd. Similarly the gardens are MUCH bigger than you would usually get from a new build property. Steve godden5 StarI have just bought a property from FW Properties and compared to the other big developers their properties are at the top end and have been built with care and quality. They have been very thoughtful and shown experience with the designs of the property. I have only been in my new house for a couple of months and they have already sorted out my snag list and have always returned my emails promptly and sorted out any minor problems.
I would recommend one of their properties. I have read their previous reviews and they must have listened to them, as I honestly can't fault them!Saturday 3rd July 2021

Terry Boldick1 StarAs a previous reviewer has stated, if there was zero stars, they would have gotten that.
Beware when dealing with this company, they do not disclose all of the facts about their developments, and when you find out and withdraw, they hit you with large and exorbitant withdrawal fees claiming they are administration fees from the solicitor, who happens to be in the same building.
If you request a breakdown of their so called "administration fees", you don't get one.
