Mizanur Rahman1 StarI would not recommend this company!! We have moved into a new build and all of our major (non cosmetic issues) have been all plumbing related. The most recent issue has caused major damage to our house due to poor connection in the shower drainage resulting in a major leak - few electrical items damaged, furniture that's only 2 days old damaged, carpet and flooring damaged, walls and ceilings damaged .
The leak was so bad that water was pouring out of the lights and got into the sockets on the walls of approximately half of our house. Furthermore, our kids were sat below (including a a 4 month old baby) and the water poured onto them!! We still have other plumbing issues which we have lived with, but this issue is so bad.
I spoke to one of the owners, who was "sending someone out", but nothing ever sufficed - didn't seem too bothered to be honest. We had to get alternative emergency plumbers out to analyse and rectify the issue. Very disappointed with this company to say the least and I would not recommend them at all!!
