eleni x.5 StarBoth engineers were very helpful, assisting and explaining the whole process thoroughly. The first time I had a leak on my boiler and the second my boiler needed to be checked as the pressure was down. Both times the work was done very quickly and sufficiently. Moreover, speaking on the phone with lovely Marianna she made sure, all the times I call in, that all the works been done and if I needed anything further. Highly recommended!Monday 25th April 2022
Simon Stuart5 StarWe have a contract with Corgi Homeplan, who contracted G Jassal to look at our ironically named Ideal boiler when it developed yet another fault. G Jassal have been swift, helpful and professional throughout what has turned out to be a bit of an epic task involving various boiler failures and flaws: indeed, they couldn't have been better. They've been responsive, they've done what they said they'd do, they've kept us informed, and they've gone the extra mile to be helpful. Special mention to Jag, the engineer, who is fabulous: very knowledgeable, and an extremely calming and reassuring presence. We will definitely use them again in future.Wednesday 11th May 2022
Frances Clark5 StarSaw a tap we wanted on the website for our bathroom sink. I emailed in to ask some questions and Jack called to answer my queries and arrange a time for an engineer to come out. He was very friendly and helpful. Jag arrived on time and fitted the new tap. It looks great and works beautifully.Sunday 10th April 2022
Diane Murray5 StarJag was brilliant. He came out on a Sunday within a few hours of phoning and managed to fix our boiler really quickly. He also gave some good advice for stopping the problem from happening again. I appreciated his Covid safety as well as I am in a vulnerable group. Jag let me know when he was half an hour away which was really helpful and I found him to be polite and friendly. Would recommend without hesitation.Sunday 3rd April 2022
David Quinn5 StarOur central heating boiler developed a fault last week, and as we have ongoing cover with G Jassal, we rang for help on a Friday evening. We were advised that our elderly boiler needed replacement, and many thanks to Jag, Gur and Jack Ingram for all their help. We were very impressed by their price and quick response.
