He arrived (from a far-distant job) early on a dark Friday evening to inspect the site of the roof leak and to calm the tenant's fears of an escalating problem. Early on Monday morning he arrived promptly and was able to locate a thin crack which he repaired and, for good measure, installed a flash band for extra protection. Then he re-aligned and secured a nearby gutter outflow as he felt it wasn't up-to-standard. Excellent job done promptly at a reasonable price! Thank you, Vlad!Wednesday 18th December 2019
