Would I recommend Gallant - Absolutely!! Paul had previously carried out a repair in 2020 but this time we required a new boiler. Contacted Gallant and booked in an appointment, Arrived on time and carried out a full assessment of my system, explained exactly what the problem was and what was required. We agreed an installation date and Paul & Dave were as punctual as ever and fitted the new boiler as agreed. Called Gallant up just before closing hours, they fitted me in first thing the very next morning. They were quick to identify the issue with my boiler and had it up and running within 45 minutes, even giving me advice on how to avoid the same issue in the future. Lovely couple of lads and wouldn't even accept a tip at the end of it all! I am incredibly grateful for their help and professionalism and will certainly be using their services again in the future.
