Walked in to empty showroom with my husband. Walked past 4/5 sales people who made eye contact but chose not to approach us to help..walked around a second time and the same thing happened again! Some staff eating whilst others having a chat amongst themselves

We purchased a new Harrisons mattress and the customer service was excellent. Monike was very helpful and gave us professional advice with no sales pressure. The store is very well laid out and has free customer parking.

Great service in the Bed department from Monika and Seath. Both very informative offering impartial advice. One of the few stockists around bristol of Harrison Spinks mattresses. Bought one in the winter sale, fantastic value for money for a phenomenal mattress. Can’t recommend highly enough.
