It was a pleasure dealing with Gasmarkone - a professional, efficient and well organised company.
Our Rayburn was not working correctly.
Mark came to our home twice. First to inspect and service the Rayburn, and then to replace a part, which he had identified as the problem immediately upon inspection.
His work was carried out in a tidy and clean manner - no mess what so ever in the kitchen. His knowledge is second to none, he gave us confidence in his work. He explained everything to us in layman’s terms- no technical jargon.
Libby kept us up to date and communicated with us regularly via telephone and email- very professional.

Evamaria Williams1 StarIf your up for being arsed about I'd highly recommend these, they're extremely good at it,phoned up regarding a leak to combi boiler, was asked to send an email with the address, got a reply confirming 'mark' would be calling to the house for an afternoon appointment, asked if I could be contacted when 'mark' would be somewhere near to calling in. No reply........
Booked half a days holiday off work, got home by 12.30 to find a note posted through the door, saying 'mark' had called at 11am to find nobody home....really!!!!!!!!Monday 12th February 2018
