Lee Davis5 StarHad a nest thermostat installed this morning by Ian from Heat UK and I was amazed at what a brilliant service he provided. He was happy and friendly throughout even though it was like 8am which isn't normally the time of day I'd consider being happy myself.
Not only did he install the nest thermostat he also set up everything on it and went on to give me a guide on how to use the thermostat itself and also the nest app. The only thing I can be disappointed at is that I can only give a max of 5 stars. Ian deserved at least 100 stars. Amazing, would definitely recommend. Don't install this yourself, it's £95 installation, but even though I have a basic understanding of electronics it's much safer and easier to get a professional to install it.Wednesday 24th November 2021
Liam McKenna1 Star3 visits in 4 months, 2 of which in a week, to tell me I needed a new boiler, apparently nothing wrong on the first 2 visits? Didn’t even both to turn up the the 3rd appointment so It needed rescheduling, waited in all day and they didn’t bother to let me know. They used to be good, massively gone downhill in the last year.Monday 7th February 2022

Stephen Gill1 StarDirect Line assigned this company to repair my heating. They couldn't fix it so made an excuse the boiler is not accessible. I Sent pictures to Direct Line who agreed plenty of space to work in. Had to call my own engineer who also agreed now than enough to work in.
As Direct Line use this company, I will no longer be insuring through Direct line.Tuesday 9th February 2021
