Harriet Chester1 StarRang for an emergency plumber at 9:30am. A call out fee of £177 was taken from my account whilst on the phone and we were told the plumber would arrive before 5pm. Called for an update at 3pm and was advised again that the plumber would arrive by 5pm. The plumber did not show up and we called numerous times between 5pm and 9pm, but there was no answer. When we called at 8am the next morning to advise the plumber did not show up, the man on the phone was apologetic and advised he has requested a refund (which we are waiting for). Really disappointing and unreliable.Friday 8th January 2021
