Iain Walker5 StarChris has just fitted a new boiler, upgraded some radiators and installed heated towel rails for us. From the first meeting Chris was professional and well presented, communication was great and easily understandable.
The work took place over 2.5 days and Chris and his team did a fantastic job. There is always a surprise lurking somewhere and the old installation certainly gave Chris a challenge, but this was all taken in his stride and he addressed the issues in a very professional manner.
It is worth noting that for the first 2 days my wife was home alone with the Gasplan team. She felt completely at ease with Chris and his teams professional attitude. If i could give an extra star for this, i would.
The work is first class with a very neat and professional finish. The house was clean and tidy and it all works perfectly, you cant ask for more than that. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and his excellent team.Friday 23rd September 2022
