Nick Fair5 StarWe called at 08:00 in the morning on the 30th December. Before 14:00 our heating was up and running. The fault I reported was not the problem. Nonetheless Wayne the engineer chased round King's Lynn to lay his hands on the right part.
I can not fault the team at the office who found a way to fit us in.
I can not fault the engeneer who went above and beyond to help us.
This whole experience was a pleasure when it could have been so much worse.
