Ross was great. Really helpful from the start and in particular changing properties to be surveyed when I had to pull out of the initial purchase. Very polite, professional and helpful. However, I was not impressed to receive the report from his colleague with an error in it. The report highlighted an issue with the timber frame stating I should get the cavity wall insulation removed. In fact, there is no timber frame and therefore if there is cavity wall insulation there is no need to have it removed. Although I've been told the rest of the report does relate to my property and not another one, it's left me not trusting it. I was also unhappy to have it described as a 'small error'. If I had gone ahead with the recommendation it would have been a waste of money that I can't afford.
