Our transport infrastructure business, Osborne Infrastructure Limited, became independent of the Geoffrey Osborne Group under the ownership of Sullivan Street Partners in September 2021. Since then, we have worked closely together to ensure the successful transition of the business and its people.

On Monday 4 April 2022 this transition was completed with the renaming and rebranding of the business as Octavius Infrastructure.
