After charging me £360 to fit a part that costs no more than £40 they also managed to break my NEST thermostat. Any decent tradesmen would stand by their work, however these guys tried to charge me another £60 charge out fee for their own mistake. Appalling, I'll be pursuing for damages.Tuesday 12th July 2022
