We had a water emergency requiring a replacement water tank. Graham made changes to his commitments and came as soon as possible. Avoid at all cost!!! This plumber come to fix our toilet, took him ages to get parts and when he finally got them, then unfortunately he did incomplete/bad job and toilets were still leaking! He promised he would come back but then he just started ignoring us! Will be reporting to trading standards for sure as we paid £125 for nothing!!!

They were working nearby so asked them to replace the bathroom radiator and leaking valve. They did a professional job at a decent price, also rebalanced my heating system which got rid of some noise that was bothering us. Will use again!
