Where do i even start! In the last 6 years of working with multiple estate agencies both independant and countrywide, GLB are hands down the best estate agency that i have ever dealt with. The phone is answered every single time. My enquiries are dealt with very professionally and maintenance issues resolved generally within 48 hours, which is impeccable. Jess, Emily and Hannah all work relentlessly to ensure that the properties they manage are kept spic and span and i can't express enough as both a landlord and company let managing agency how much I appreciate that. 5* would highly recommend if you are a landlord or tenant looking for your new home, or for someone to manage it for you.

Do not book with them, had so many issues with this company. From our deposit been taking (which we appealed and won), nearly getting evicted, a lot of maintenance issues, people coming in randomly without alerting us (house filled with girls) and a lot of WIFI issues. There's many more and to top that their customer service is very very poor. If I could give no stars, I would!

Jess at GLB was amazing throughout my purchase of my first home. She kept me well informed and was always at hand to help with any queries. Can’t thank her enough!

Having GLB as our estate agents for our student house in 2020/2021 was an absolutely awful experience. From them instructing us to leave our house whenever there was a viewing, to a faulty boiler and our living room ceiling collapsing after we reported a leak and no action was taken. These are just a few of the numerous issues we had throughout our tenancy. The worst was possibly being charged £200 to replace a mattress at the end of our tenancy that had absolutely nothing wrong with it, apart from a slight, barely visible stain. When we attempted to dispute this matter, their customer service was shocking. Our emails were completely ignored and when we phoned their office on multiple occasions, their maintenance consultant Hannah Billings was impossible to get hold of. We were constantly told she would call us back but never did. We then discovered they charge a £99 + VAT deposit dispute fee, which is completely unfair. We therefore ended up choosing to not go ahead with the disputing of the mattress as this seemed a ridiculous fee to pay. In summary, please beware when conducting any sort of business with GLB properties.

Dealing with GLB in 2019-2020 was the most stressful aspect of my entire student experience. They were difficult to deal with from the beginning and the customer service was abysmal. I was shouted at down the phone at one point. They overcharged us at the end of tenancy for repairs and this was overruled by the dispute company, which we attempted to negotiate but they would not listen. Students, beware.
