Great service. They found me the perfect fridge in the right size and colour. Delivery guys were very helpful and efficient. They changed the cable as the manufacturers now design goods with very short cables. Have used Glotech for over 25 years. Highly recommend.

Easy to book online. I booked at approx 8pm on a Tuesday and the engineer was with us by 10.30am as promised on the Thursday. The issue with the freezer was fixed quickly and without fuss. The engineer Chris M was obviously very knowledgable, he was courteous and tidy. I highly recommend Glotech.

Installation of Washing Machine. Competitively priced machine and the installation service is top class. I've also used Glotech for repairs and so far they've always fixed on first call out.

Chris M was our engineer and he arrived promptly after a phone call to let us know he was on the way. He was friendly and professional and although our fridge freezer was beyond economic repair he took the time to talk me through the problem and also make recommendations on a suitable replacement. I felt that we had received an excellent service.

Ordered a kitchen chimney extractor hood from Glotech, with fast track next day delivery. Item got misplaced in transit and was delivered two days later after I had booked time off from work to take delivery on day one. On delivery the packaging was in an appalling state, outer boxing was open at all ends and looked to be water damaged. Upon removing the item from the “packaging” the item partially glass was smashed, leaving glass all over my hallway floor whilst my 2 year old son was stood next to me. I contacted glotech to report the issue and sent them photo evidence. They ensured me that the item was going to be collected and that a full refund had been issued. Several days later after having to store this dangerous item in my family home a courier turned up with giving any notice to collect the damaged item but refused to collect it due to health and safety reason for the smashed glass. So yet again I was left with this item in my property. Glotech left me with no explanation as to the next steps but eventually turned up themselves to collect the item with again no notice. After 7 days refund still not received, contacted them today and it has still not be issued so again yet more lies from the customer support staff after being told over a week ago it had been issued. Still waiting for the refund, not happy with the customer service after care or delivery and will not be using again.
