Sharon Jordan1 StarSeven years ago I reviewed Go Tankers and gave them four stars, today I give them one star. They have become expensive and requiring money upfront and on the phone within ten minutes after the engineer left for payment of a new pump. In total I paid over £500. I was made aware when I complained about how unprofessional this tactic is that my custom is not valued anyway, if Go Tankers treat all loyal customers this way then they have a problem. Go Tankers has seriously gone downhill in my estimation, and after using them for many years I will now find a friendlier more polite and professional outfit for future tank emptying/servicing/repairs.Tuesday 31st May 2022

Sally Stratford5 StarAlways very good service. The office are very helpful and call me each year to remind me when my tank is due to be emptied. The person who comes to empty the tank is always polite and gets on with the job even if I am out. I never ask anyone else to give me a quote I get such good service And I wouldn't trust anyone else to do such a good job. I recommend this company.Tuesday 11th April 2017
