I found all the staff I came into contact with at Goldcrest friendly, and helpful. I was informed of date of survey, confirmation that survey had taken place and when to expect survey results. Follow up email to offer assistance with any queries I may have following receipt of survey. I spoke to both surveyors who had carried out the surveys, as I had surveys carried out on two properties I was looking to buy. Both surveyors were every helpful. Sam Hodson5 StarFantastic report at a reasonable price with great customer service. Appointment was booked in quickly and they kept us informed all the way. Report highlighted issues and was incredibly detailed, included costs for remedial work and surveyor was available to answer questions and I asked a lot, which considering this was one of the cheaper quotes we got was amazing.Tuesday 5th April 2022

They were really helpful when I rang to book a survey - which was much appreciated as I am a first time buyer. On the day of the survey, the surveyor was really professional and friendly. I know nothing about property (just the basics)... first time buyer..they were so efficient, organised, professional... on time... called me after the report to see if I understood everything...broke down everything in layman's terms... honestly...I was so apprehensive but all my fears were taken away.
