Jan Scott5 StarI chose this particular plumber because I read the reviews and this influenced my decision. I gave Rob a call, told him I had 2 toilets that needed attention and a dripping kitchen tap. He said he would fit me in later that day and within an hour he rang back to say he could call round straight away. He was really pleasant and friendly. Within the hour he had sorted problems with my 2 toilets. One had stopped flushing and the other needed new toilet flush buttons fitting as they kept jamming. By now I thought he might have been a bit fed up; but he was ready to tackle my dripping kitchen tap next. He said I’d need a new tap so my immediate thought was that this won’t be done for a while, so I was really pleased when he said he carried spares and appeared in minutes with a new tap. Hey presto! in no time at all it was all done. Whilst in my bathroom he noticed that the sink stopper was broken and he fixed that too. When it came to payment I thought he was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Rob and as he left I told him I was putting him on speed dial in case something else went wrong. So thanks Rob for coming to my rescue and doing such brilliant work.Saturday 22nd August 2020
Steve Beever5 Stari called Rob on Saturday morning as we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Rob was able to come early that afternoon at a time that suited us, and within an hour the leak was fixed. Friendly, efficient, tidy and hard-working. Would definitely recommend.Monday 30th July 2018

Emma Firth4 StarWe rang at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon and Rob came out within half an hour. Very efficient service and stayed until the job was finished which was 7pm! Good value for money - certainly didn't feel like we were being ripped off which with most emergency call outs you do. Would definitely recommend him for other jobs.Friday 26th October 2018
