As a chartered surveyor carrying out numerous red book valuations I was amazed at the lack of products on the market. I was using another supplier who were dreadful. I switched to go report and have been there a year now. The product is a game changer, the support etc is first class. Strong advice to any RICS Registered valuer is to use this product. My business Aspire Surveyors Ltd have been using the Goreport iPad based software for producing RICS Homebuyers Reports - its a genuine revelation compared to the other systems I have used in the past. Its probably cut the time it takes to produce the end reports by about 40% and it generates a more consistent better quality product. It has proved very reliable but when ever there have been the odd glitch - the team at Goreport have been great - no 30 min waits on the phone - straight through to the support team and the issues have been resolved. I would recommend this for any surveyors looking to save time and improved the quality of their survey reports.
